Amazon.com Super Saver Shipping?!?!?!?

On Thursday, Im going to order some stuff from Amazon.com and it says I qualify for Super Saver Shipping! So I wanted to know if anyone has actually used this method of shipping. I want to know how long does it take if the items are in stock and ready to ship. Because if it's going to take too long I would just like to get standard shipping! So all I need to know is:

1) Have you used Amazon.com Super Saver Shipping?

2) How long do items take to arrive?

3) Is it the same or better then Standard Shipping?
