Amazon.com feedback doesn't show up?

Question

So I got a great deal from someone, everything went through great, and then I go to leave feedback and when I click to finish it sends me to the finished page, but the item still shows up as thogh I never left any. I want to let the person know I appreciated their speedy shipping and good delivery, but I can't. : /

Any ideas? Thanks

I noticed the same thing last time I was looking for a message I left on the site, but so I found out Amazon.com "hides" the feedback /messages/ reviews you leave on their site from its user that entered on it.  They say it is so you don't "falsely" increase the "helpfulness ratings."  So, you won't see your own messages while logged in, try log out & navigating as a "guest."
