Amazon.com messing with my mind?

Question

So i went on amazon.com and bought a black zune but i decided i wanted a brown one instead. Since i used one click ordering it hought maybe i could just not confirm the email and it wouldn't purchase the product for me and i could just get the brown one. So i waited and waited for my email confirmation and i still have not gotten my stupid email. Whats up? Now the stupid zune i wanted doesn't even show up on amazon.com so i had to have purchased it right? Well i can't find the status of my purchase or anythig i dont know if i bought it or what. Do i basically just have to sit here and wait to see if my zune comes? Why is amazon.com messing with my mind?

you can go to "your account" and cancel your order...and the zune that you wanted was probably just sold out so you're gonna have to find a new seller to buy from.

Since Amazon.com started selling with all those affiliates, you never really know who you are dealing with. No one is accountable.

If you dig down far enough, can you find a telephone# for customer service?
