Amazon.com question in regards to buying a cell phone?

I purchased a verizon phone from amazon.com; the same place I bought my t-mobile phone. The phone I want is only .01 and the shipping is free. For some reason the payment is not processing? I have $300 in my bank so I have plenty to cover it. I asked them if they required a deposit and they said no. They said I was approved for 1 line of service from verizon with $0 deposit. I am afraid to cancel my order and have this same thing happen again. If I am only approved for one line of service if I reapply then verizon will say no. I am approved for service but can not get a phone to go with it because the payment won't process. What should I do? Have you heard of this before? My phone was supposed to ship today and be at my address Oct 18. Any suggestions at this point would be helpful since I do not want to stay with t-mobile.

Contact verizon wireless directly thru there customer service, they have been very helpful to me when I have had a Problem/
