Amazon.com question!?

hey i returned an item from amazon.com but for some reason they aren't shipping the replacement item i mailed them the item so i went to amazon.com and it says it hasn't shipped it yet! why?

Hello,

You might have to wait few days because they have to process your return first and then process the new order so that might take as long as two weeks and then you have to wait few days till you get your item.  I think you should contact them once again and ask them when you can expect your item.  Good luck!!!
