Amazon delivery query?

I ordered a game from amazon and used a third party which from people's feedback seems very reliable. However when i go to track the item i'm only given a dispatch and delivery estimate. I've been waiting for a week but the problem thats most annoying is that i don't even know where the product is or what stage. Just wondering as its the first time i've used amazon is this usual for third parties to not use a real time tracking system.

Don't worry they can't tell you where it is after it's been dispacthed until it reaches your door beacuse they are no longer in posession of the item. It can take up to a month to deliver. If you're really that worried try and get in contact with the seller. x

I suggest contacting the company in which you are buying the goods from and see when they are likely to come in.

One week is a bit too soon to presume the item is lost. Some people don't always post the item straight away.  Get onto the person who sent it and find out if its been sent.  If after a couple of weeks it hasn't arrived, go into your account and use Amazon's non delivery service.
