Amazon issue - commission fees?

Question

I sell used books and cd's on Amazon. Amazon takes a commission fee out of any sale made.

Someone bought a cd from me and then decided to return it. I refunded all their money and then Amazon was supposed to refund me the commission fees. It's been over 2 weeks and they still have not done so. I have emailed and called Amazon but they just say they are having "technical issues" and don't know when this will be fixed.

To me, this is totally unacceptable b/c a large company like Amazon should be able to get this issue fixed.

I don't know what else I can do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just keep bugging them and maybe they will do something!
