I ordered a bunch of textbooks from Amazon on Aug. 17th. The book that shipped the earliest now says that the item was damaged on the 22nd. When i tracked it on UPS, it said "exception". The details said "MERCHANDISE IS MISSING. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH ADDITIONAL DETAILS. / ALL MERCHANDISE MISSING, EMPTY CARTON WAS DISCARDED. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH DETAILS OF THE DAMAGE." I haven't heard from Amazon yet so I'm just wondering if they'll send me another copy? If they don't, will I be refunded because the book was pretty pricey.
