Amber "B" diagnostic light on Dimension 4600 "EASY 10 POINTS"?

Ok my computer is being screwy, and the "B" diagnostic light on the back is amber while all else are green. What does this mean?

  2. The closest Dell says anything about is "A possible expansion card failure has occurred."
