Ambit Energy!!!!!!!!!?

Have you heard about Ambit Energy it is the best around its already in Texas, Ilinios, and New York, Its a Really Good Excellent Company. Its About Time People can be apart and choice their own energy provider.

They have a lot of work ahead of them. Last person to have a great idea like that was Dennis Lee. The gov't prosecuted  him, too. You'd think with all that's at stake, they'd back off a little!

First off. I'm a direct competitor of Ambit. I work part time with Ignite. 2nd, as much as I would love to say Ambit is banned in NY, that is totally false. They are still in NY and from what I hear doing "okay".

Both companies need to follow a strict regulations when moving into each state as there are special criteria in each. So, Ambit is in NY and TX and Ignite is in TX with expansion to Georgia in a couple weeks. There is no need to think something is a scam just because of some blog. Both companies are legit companies that sell real products.

But, it does disturb me that Ambit can start recruiting in a state they are not licensed in. How can they ask for deposits in a state that doesn't even let them sell there? If it is true that Ambit is holding pre-launch meetings and are taking deposits to when they do launch seems a bit fishy to me.

That's like if Comcast was taking deposits for their cable/internet services when they aren't even authorized to do business in an area yet. What happens if they never do not do business in the area? Then they are soliciting for business when there is no products and that screams illegal pyramid.

LOL, yeah, Ambit's GREAT!  So great, in fact, that they have been banned from Illinois and New York, and possible prosecutions are being deliberated by New York State.
