what were the last 2 states to ratify the Constitution?

I would say that it would be Alaska and Hawaii.

You can't be part of the Union if you don't agree with, and ratify the Constitution.

But if you mean the original 13 Colonies, it was Rhode Island, and Vermont.

Yeah, they're wrong.

Two states took a long time to decide to agree. These states were Rhode Island and North Carolina. In the end, they did agree.

They didn't look into that to well.
