America's Ultimatum...........?

Should the United States give Russia a one week ultimatum to make their egress from Georgia, with the option of compliance or complete nuclear annihilation?

For an ultimatum, I thought you had to have a consequence.  I don't think nuclear annihilaton is applicable at this point, but it might pinch some cheeks around the world.
