  1. Will we be in a better or worse place?

If McCain Gets in Office -- Better... If Obama Gets in, Worse

How will we be viewed by other countries?

Who cares? It's about time the rest of the world started worrying about what we thought about THEM.

What obstacles will we face/ continue to face?

Liberals breeding more liberals. As long as there's a local Starbucks and a NY Times for them to mingle and talk over, there'll always be more Liberals....

  2. Use your imagination. In 15 to 20 years most all of our big cities and states east of St. Louis will be govern by Black's and most all cities and states west of St. Louis will be govern by Hispanic's. We already have a Federal Government and a Judicial System that operates on a severe retarded level.

Way to go, you pissed it all away.

Well Whiskeyman, I’m not a  racists, but do you think that calling me a racists - which you did on this group - is any less inflammatory or prejudicial? I still believe that in 15 –20 years Black American's and Hispanic's will Govern most of our country. Don't you believe it’s possible they could turn this country around in a positive way.   You aren't going to change anyone's mind that way. Quite the opposite. By the way, what branch of the Government do you work for? Your Ignorance and lack of common sense really shows. And please, try not to copy other answers, it’s not polite.

  3. Were Screwed no matter what.

Obama will give us a great economy, but I have a feeling he's gonna slack on homeland security...thus opening us to terror attacks

    Vice-versa for McCain

Doesn't matter anyways, China will nuke us in 10-20 years.

  4. un united

  5. planet x is suppose to cause the next apocolypse in 2012 and like cause some serious havok.

    look it up

  6. Americans will stand against all opposition, and that is because libs haven't taken complete control yet.

People will still want to migrate here because they understand, if not those who have been spoiled by our system, to appreciate what we have to offer.

We will face a vanguard of resistance within the castle walls, which represents more of a threat than terrorism from without because their resistance is protected by the constitution that they hope to undermine in their dissent.

  7. 20 feet under ash and soot.

  8.   In ruins probaly. We will be like the Roman empire ,destroyed.

  9. an about the same place

we will be hated by other countries just as we have been for the past 100years

    terrorism will still be here

immigration problems will still be here

planet x/nibiru will not be a problem... in 2010 we will build a rocket with a nuclear warhead. it will be exploded in such a manner as to change the trjectory, and send it into the sun.. the us will enjoy two days of being a hero, before al gore proclaims that the explosion will contribute to global freezing which has again replaced global warming

he is subscequently beaten to death with a large icycle...

  10. It depends greatly on whether you put any stock into the rumors about 2012 and the possible destruction of the world due to Planet X (also known as Nibiru).

I know I'll get a lot of thumbs down for just mentioning that, and while I am a natural skeptic, it's interesting to google the topic and read for yourself.

And no, I didn't copy that from the first guy.  We typed our answers simultaneously and I didn't see his until mine was posted.

Answering your question from the point of view excluding the possibility of the 2012 rumors, America will still be a dark place, no matter who wins this election.

In the past 30 years we have moved from a society that used to provide goods and services to the world to a society that simply consumes what the rest of the world makes.  The value of the dollar has continued to plummet since we went off the gold standard in the 1970s (where we only printed money that we had gold to back it up with, and thus the value of our money was tied to the value of gold, which historically has mostly just gone up; significantly).

Add to that our refusal to get off of foreign oil (driven largely by Democrats who just want us off oil period but don't acknowledge that the technology and infrastructure isn't there yet to truly live with just alternatives).

Then add the bloated, excessive, corrupt failing multi-national corporation we call our government.  Amazing that they force us to pay to "work" for them, and somehow never manage to make a profit, and yet still remain in "business".  Eventually the shinola will hit the fan.  When that happens, the countries (who hold the notes to our loans to keep running) that will assume control are China & the UK.  Even though we once gave them the boot, I assume the UK will be generally nice about things, but I wouldn't want to be living here when China takes over.  They don't exactly have the best record for human rights.

The only solution for our country is to get rid of everyone in established politics, get rid of lobbyists, eliminate about 60% of the government and just go back to the Constitution and back to basics.   Unfortunately a lot of people have a lot to lose by our doing that, and thus people like Ron Paul get unfairly branded as looneys and the coup our country so desperately needs will likely never happen.

We need change, just not Obama's kind.

To Pappy - who was going off on a racist tangent below.  While I can sympathize a little about the challenges our country faces with illegal immigration, if I were you, I would probably avoid calling others "retarded" given the grammar errors present in your answers.
