What is your opinion on which one has the best living conditions?

And if you had to choose, which country would you pick if you had to relocate?

  1. I haven't been to New Zealand, but I have a feeling it beats lots of parts of the US hands down.

It really depends on where in the US you would live and what you like. We have something for everyone. Places like Kansas and Nebraska are b******e states (in my opinion).

Unfortunatly, our wonderful elected government has been lowering the standard of living for average people in this country for about 3 decades now. Unless there is a sharp political shift in this country, I'm afraid we are heading towards 3rd world status.

Yes, I'd say New Zealand, at least in the immediate future.

  2. I have never been to America but have visited New Zealand and it simply is the most amazing place ever, I can wait til I can afford to go back, so obviously my vote is going to go to New Zealand.

  3. Having been to both, I would go to the US, because it's a bit closer to the action and the cost of living is cheaper. The only downside to the States is all the guns. And the bible-bashers, but they're everywhere!

New Zealand is great - if you like England the way it used to be, then NZ is the place! There are very few people so there's a lot of unspoiled land, the air is clean and it's just awesome! The downsides there: no ozone so you sunburn very easily if you're a paleface like me (burnt in 10 minutes at my stepsis' wedding!) Also, it's pricey to live there - even children's clothes cost a bomb and apparently the selection isn't great. My stepsis used to stock up on visits back home! Not to mention that you'll feel the distance, being so far from family and friends (unless you hate your F&F, hahaha). I would say that in the time my stepsis has been there, the distance from F&F has been her biggest bugbear (other than her t**t ex-husband, haha)

  4. Agree with the above, much more laid back, beautiful scenery and far less crime.

  5. definately New Zealand!!!

  6. Personally i would if i could afford it live in Vermont The states of the America. The quiet little town where i can write my own books and live in a peaceful community. But i know that new zealand comes in and its pretty but they have their faults too. nothing is perfect except to live in borneo and its with the natives and that is safe they will cut your head off there. if they do not know you. you can live with the u bangie tribes and learn the way of living there its in the rain forest of south america and maybe that is the safest place to live live off the earth no guns, no politics and no president just the land. I would not live anyplace else than the good ol usa

We are the only nation under god which to me has to give more credit to or you would not be here, freedom is whats it all about not anything else. Look at the govt in England I have a good friend there, they tell them how much money to spend, tax them to death on everything. Tax them for cars, tax them for parking the cars in front of their houses , tax them for food, tax them for children tells you how many you can have whats that is that good? No. but our country is not going to tell you anything we have the best schools the best of everything and why do so many people want to still COME HERE? we dont want them but the land of milk honey and wealth. Why do mexicans want to come here for the food, clothes and wages. Where else do you think  is better? Another country? Nah. If you live here you would know, if you want to leave. then go but remember if you leave you should not be welcomed back!

  7. I  have never been out of the uk,but always wanted to visit america to see times square, but i would love to move to new zealand, america would be to hectic to live.

  8. New Zealand great place less hassle

  9. US sucks hard core, except for the guns.  England Suck the most (I know you didn't ask this, but someone mentioned it).  I would go to N/Z.  I have never been there, but there is no way possible it could be worst than US or Britain.     I think you need substantial cash to move to NZ, I think you have to have like 25,000.00 in savings. ??

  10. New Zealand definately, I have always wanted to go and visit, unfortunately my bank account hasnt allowed me ..yet!

  11. New Zealand

    all the way

  12. I'd pick New Zealand if only for the quality of living there.

for instance it's 5% bigger than the UK with only 5% of the population.  Auckland has 1½ million population, after that Wellington with 600,000.  The rest of the islands contain the same as Auckland.

There are some interesting laws, if you own a dog you have to so far from the town/city centre.  If it's two dogs that distance goes up to 40km.

  13. AMERICA
