There is a restaurant called Captain America's which is in Ferntree Gully (outer south eastern suburbs) and they have american meals and also beverages (root beer, cherry coke etc). Their food is supplied by USA Foods in Bentleigh. Check their website www.usafoods.com.au for a list of their products. I'm not sure about the cheese steak but they have pop tarts, candy, canned food, sodas, cereals, snacks and more!
