I am paying to get the transfer of ownership; however, I have no idea what "Show and Pull I.D. card" is and if I should get one.

I bought a boy pit bull. I'm not planning on breeding.

I have no idea what that would be. As long as you are not planning on breeding and are going to get the boy neutered it shouldn't matter.

My grandma and grandpa got a full blooded dog (don't remember the breed) and they paid a fee to get the card. If it is the same thing here it is:

It is just a card that is kind of a like an State ID for a dog. It shows all sorts of information on the animal and shows that it is the breed ordered.
