American Express Gift Card help..?

Question

I recently purchased an american express prepaid gift card for 25 dollars. How do you use it online?

I tried using it at amazon, but it said that they did not recognize it.

Also, where exactly is the gift card number?

There are a lot of numbers all over the card.

Please help, I want to purchase a book from amazon quickly.

I don't think Amazon accepts AMEX gift cards, or any thing other than Amazon gift cards and certificates.

Your best bet is to use your credit card to buy the  book.

Use the Amex gift card at stores like Target, Walmart, etc.  They should accept it.  Restaurants also accept  it  as well.
