Question

I created an account on the AG Playthings message board, received my email, entered the activation code, came on the next day, and it said my account had been disabled. Why is this. Did I do something wrong?

Unfortunately a few days ago, Proboards did an over haul on our forum. When that happened we found a few accounts were locked out and errors send to new members. You may have been one of the few we know of that had this happen.

We at Playthings make it VERY clear if a member had been removed or banned from our system. If you did something "wrong" you would have received countless PM's before banning and emails stating the reasons.

I can only believe that you account was locked in error from updates and if you will email us we will see what we can do to correct that or you may just want to create a new account.

AG Playthings allows 13 year olds and older. Did you log on before you came on the next day? If so, something you inadvertently did then may be the answer.
