American History Sites?

Question

Does anyone know of any good sites for American History? I am doing a project on it... I need info and the history/ story behind the following:

1. The Liberty Bell

2. The American Flag

3. The Statue of Liberty

4. The Decloration of Independance

5. The White House

6. The Eagle -How it got to be our "simbol"
