American Web Tech?

Hi. Does anyone know if American Web Tech is a good company? They have you pay $195 to set up a business site where you only basically have to direct traffic to your site through advertising. Has anyone used this company or knows if it is legit? They say you recieve 60% commision on all orders and they receive 5%. That clearly makes it sound like a scam but they actually contacted me via phone with a 1-800 number and talked to me. Also, if you do know of a legit online business, please mention it. Thank you.

I never trust these kind of company that uses ads to direct traffic.
