American bulldog has no hair on his stomach?

I have a 6 week old American bulldog puppy and he has hair on his chest but not on his stomach. I wanted to know if it will eventually grow or if he will never have hair there.

alot of dogs dont have thick hair on the stomach area, both my beagle and my boxer / bulldog mix have hairless stomach areas

Most dogs have bare tummies.

American Bulldogs usually don't have hair on their stomachs. Some other breeds have that as well.

My American Bulldog pup is hair bare on her tummy.  No big deal.  She is almost a year old.  She does have some spots on the skin and one of them is on her nipple.  Its a black nipple.  She also has some black toenails.  Don't fret.  Great dog.
