American clothes stores similar to italian store?

im going to studying abroad for the year in Italy and i was wondering what kind of clothes teenagers wear there. My question is

if theres any american store that is similar or sells the same type of clothes as some popular stores in italy.

if you dont know of any,

a description would be appreciated to

but not just, classy and put together, ive figured that much out lol =D

Yes, there are some stores similar to US stores --  but there are some cities where you won't see anything similar to JC Penney or Macy's or Walmart/Walgreen's. You won't find them in places like Venice, but you will find them in the outer cities off the tourist routes.

I'm from Milan.

Milan is a big City. The Biggest in Italy...And I think...is now International ..Maybe what I say you is not what you will find in the rest of Italy;o)

There are various groups among teenagers;o) Rappers, Truzzi (Disco-People)exc...There are then very firmed dresses like Dolce Gabbana, Armani, Versace and their boutiques..but they are very very expensive (for example an hat...2000 euros..).

I personally wear ...:

Jeans: Richmond (Rich), Levi's and Miss Sixty

Sweaters: Benetton, Napapijri, Converse, Miss Sixty, Guru, Adidas, Richmond, Lacoste

Blouse : Nara, benetton

Shirt: Benetton, Converse, Hello Kitty, Disney, Miss Sixty, Guru, Richmond, Lacoste (sometimes)

Shoes: Adidas, Converse, Miss Sixty. I'm Looking For Real Cowgirl Boots;o)

Here there are few "cloths commercial magazines". Mostly people buys cloths in shops...

A big shop that sells various firms is "Rinascente", but is very expensive!

The big commercial centres sells mostly media, like Messaggerie Musicali, Ricordi Mediastore, Virgin, Mondadori, Carreffour..Fnac...

Yes, they are similar...in the place where I live (emilia-romagna) there are some outlet.

We have also buildings with a lot of clothes stores...and we have jeans (dolce and gabbana, levis, etc...), t-shirts, shoes.

i just got back today and it is similar i was so worried about what to wear so i did what you are doing and when i got there ifound people guys and girls where CONVERSE this is crazy over there ..also alot of gold and silver metalic shoes ...gold and silver nike shocks and just nike shocks in general.

one thing thoguh girls did not where anyshorts jeans alll the time .....but the guys do where shorts and even flipflops.
