American delivery time?

i ordered some shopping from hottopic and 'once the parcel is processed it will arrive in 14 working days'

that shopping includes my school bag for my next year in school.

i go back to school in 14 working days.

is american processing time fast?

is there any chance i could get it in time?

Delivery here takes just a few days and processing varies so that some things take only a day while others take months, but it is my experience that the seller usually gets orders out within the time they advertise so I would fully expect that school bag to arrive in 10-14 working days which is Monday through Friday not counting September 1, which is Labor Day.
