  1. As mentioned there is no such thing as an "Italian Euro".  The Euro is the standard currency for the majority (although not all) of the EU.  You can read more here if you like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Euro.  Yes there are specific coins minted to represent Italy, but these are just "pictures" and not a different currency.

As also mentioned, the currency against the US dollar is not fixed and it varies from day to day.  You can keep an eye on this site to get a guideline http://www.xe.com/ucc/, BUT actual conversion rates will depend on where/how you exchange your money (bank, airport etc or by ATM, cash, travellers check etc)

  2. You must keep a look out daily as the rates change.  The American dollar really is bad now.

    Check out this site

    http://www.xe.com

Have a nice time in Italy

  3. i just exchange $ too euros, u just nead too see which banks does the exchange and whats the rate for that. some of the banks ask u  too have an account with them  if not u may pay a 5$ fee.

  4. The value for the Euro is the same in all of the countries, including Italy, where it is used. This morning the exchange rate is $1.59 for 1 Euro. The rate is constantly changing, so there might be a quite different rate in a week.

Note that Euros are not the local currency in England or Poland.  They are used in Germany, France, Spain and a number of other countries, and the exchange rate is the same inall of them.
