American eagle girls help me!!!! LOL?

Question

I have never shopped at any of those types of stores you know the ones I'm talking about, Abercrombie, Hollister, etc. I think I want to shop at American Eagle though, they have some stuff that looks cool and stylish. I am about 5'5 140 pounds athletic build and I wanted to know how tight the shirts fit, I want to be comfrotable and the shirts not to stick to me. So what size should be good I was thinking Medium cause thats usually what I take, but I'm not sure how the sizes work there. Should I go up a sixe but a Large . If so will it shrink alt or a little.

Well, the best way ( since no one here knows EXACTLY how you're built) is to go into the store and try things out yourself. But i htink either Mediu or Large would work!

ummm....if your all muscle i would go with a medium..showing ur muscles off isnt a bad thing!

but!

if your fat muscular (no affence)  then i would try a large! a picture would help ..lol

um, at 5'5 and 140 pounds, you should be wearing a large.

I work at American Eagle...we have 2 styles for guy's shirts, vintage and classic. Vintage just means it's a little slimmer than classic. So if you say you usually wear a medium, I would go for a medium in the classic style. But if you go for vintage, I would consider getting a large :)

i would say start with some colored polos, medium, they really shrink so dont dry them.

Try small. Those shirts fit big. I'm usually a small or medium I have to wear a petite small in A.E.
