  1. If what you are trying to set up is a shop. Ecommence offers variopus currencies. So you can offer american dollars, pounds...whatever. It has currency converter ;)

  2. Most American shops online will offer delivery to the UK but it  will cost more to deliver than it would if you were buying from a UK website (exact delivery costs will be on the website you want to buy from) and $1 = 54p, so it's just a little over half.

  3. I am assuming that you will be making purchases with a credit card since you are buying them on line.  As long as you can calculate the price correctly, I'm sure that the banks involved in the transaction will do all of the necessary converting.

    try this site...www.dollars2pounds.com

  4. Yes you can buy the products but make sure it can be shipped to the U.K.  In answer to your other question, use an online currency convertor (just type in free currency convertor into google).

  5. current exchange rate works out at $1 being pretty much exactly 50p

heres the converter i use in case u need it

  6. Okay, try to find a website that tells you the conversion rates like

    http://www.x-rates.com/calculator.html .

  9. check the delivery details, they will tell you where they deliver and charges. you can use an online currency converter to work out the prices at  http://www.xe.com/

  10. Most American online shops, if you check their shipping info, will tell you if they ship to England.

Best thing to do about knowing how much you're spending in pounds is find an online currency converter.

Last but not least - payment method. Most stores accept Paypal AND it automatically charges the correct amount to your account. I love it.

GENERALLY speaking, it's about $2 to the pound. So if you're spending $40, it's about £20.

  11. yes you can buy in england too but you have to change your money into pounds and pence you should go on the internet and type in chash converter from dollors to GB pounds this will tell you :D xx

  12. You can pay for the goods on a credit card.

You will be charged in Sterling,by your bank,at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

You need to be carefull, the goods are often cheaper in the states, but you can be charged taxes when the goods enter the UK.

  13. its about half ie--$100 is £50 roughly and yes you can still buy

  14. The american dollar is not worth nearly as much as it used to be.  Just divide the price of the american dollars by 2, or 1.98 and that should be about how many pounds it would be.

  15. open a new tab ..... then go onto a currency converter  and type in the amount in dollars and the converter will show you how much you are paying x x x

  16. download a currency converter on to your computer off the internet. very easy. sometimes you can pay through paypal
