American giftcard help!!!!?

I finished all the money on my credit card and when I bought a song from iTunes and checked the available funds I had on the card it says -.68 what's going to happen

Here's a paragraph from the American Express Gift Card website.

"If due to a systems malfunction or for any reason whatsoever, a transaction occurs despite insufficient Available Funds on the Gift Card (creating a negative amount on the Gift Card, referred to herein as a "Shortage"), you agree to reimburse us, upon request, for the amount of the Shortage."

So, in other words, if they want their $0.68 back, they'll ask you, and you'll have to pay them.  If you don't hear from them, you're fine.  If you don't feel comfortable just leaving that amount negative and you haven't been contacted by them, you can call their customer service (you should find that number on the back of the card) and request their help with it.
