American going to graduate school in Germany?

I would like to move to Germany or someplace else in Western Europe. Rather than pursuing a job, which is difficult for obvious reasons, I would like to pursue my graduate degree there. Has anyone done this and whats the process for applying for graduate school in Gemany? Thanks.

Best site for German education is www.daad.de

You can also apply in switzerland, Netherland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland. All offer course in english language.
