Guns

Why do you think having guns legally is good?

Yes is can protect an individual but at the same time threaten another right.

I hear that even after the Washington sniper people are still able to buy that same gun?

What are the laws can anyone over 18 just buy a gun in a corner shop or something.

Do you feel safe knowing your police hold guns and polce are humans who can make mistakes or get angry?

Guns are illegal here in the UK but you can get them on a gun licence dunno how that works though.

If you do have a gun what one do you have or how many do you have in your house?

Ive had two lol I wonder if trident will be reading this 38 and this gun I dont know what is called but it looks shiit all I member is its bullets are in some red cartridge and they are pellets inside

but here in UK any gun is great i aint shot one by the way though

Capital Punishment

Why are (if you are) for capital punishment?

Its un civil and is basically murder plus I can guess many innocent people are put to death too theres no coming back from that.

What would you do if it were you in the wrong place at the wrong time and your put on death row for no reason. I think they should do life till they die.

Here in the UK the most you can get for first degree murder is 35 years if your over 18 under 18 you can get only 15 or 10 years. Most the time they are released after half their sentence. What do you think about that?

You caught with a gun here you get 5 years so they say

What ive heard

I dont know if this is true or not but I heard in the US if a person is going to robb someones house and they injure themselves while attempting to robb the house because of something I forgot but basically the person to be a theif can sue the owner of the house? Please tell me thats a lie

  1. As far as guns go I think its good for citizens to have them for protection. Because criminals will always have them legal or not. You can get them black market or just plain unregistered. My gun is registered in my name I just bought it and if its misused then I'm the one that gets in trouble. I don't really have a problem with the responsibility. I don't want to be defenseless just in case. As far as capital punishment I'm not for a set rule for certain crimes I think it should be settled case by case. Some criminals though are clearly not willing to reform and will go back criminal activity. Innocent people are not put to death unless your talking about the rarest of cases it just doesn't happen in a fair trial. But capital punishment makes other people think twice about committing the same crime. But it should only be used I think if someone has committed the crime before and continues to do so. But yeah I don't think it should be used a lot at all.

P.S. Yes some robber have sued the owners of the home its sad and frustrating but some judges think they are smarter than justice. Most judges will throw the case out though I assume.

  2. this country was built on a right to bear arms. crime rates go UP when gun control becomes stricter.

i like having the right to protect myself.

murderers and rapists totally deserve death. what? are we going to keep them in jail for the rest of their lives? that takes up space and money. that money should be going to the war, or schools, or SOMETHING useful.

  3. why surveillance?

Everything you said had been in the press for 50 years.

US laws differ from state to state, you can look it up on wikipedia since you have time.

  4. If you are living in London you are already on surveillance by your own government.

I don't know why you think any government would care what bored people say.

Either way, I believe in gun ownership (for both the police andr regular citizens) as it does indeed protect people. Simple as that.

So if your under 18 and commit murder you can get as low as 5 years? The same  as owning a gun?

Sounds like that will encourage people to get kids to do their biding, and would most likely raise knife and gun violence within your youth. Or is that already happening?

  5. Who cares that americans bear arms and kill each other.Hopefully they will destroy themselves and we will not have to endure the interminable questions about them.

  6. I'm against gun ownership and capital punishment and they're tracing your message as we speak.

  7. youll never get americans to admit that arming society with lethal weapons is a dumb idea (a society in which some people actually think jesus was american!), or that the death penalty is a hideous thing used these days only by a few backward countries like iran and china
