  1. if the money is there yes

  2. Check with the country of exit/re-entry.  Most countries will permit another 90-day visa.  But there might be requirements on how long you need to be out of the country in order to get a new 90-day visa.

  3. Hi.  From recent travel experience in Germany, the answer is no.  You are allowed to stay in Germany for up to 3 months at a time or 6 months a year max, which means you have to leave Germany for 3 months and then come back.  In other words, if you stay in the European Union for 3 months at a time, because this rule applies to all Schengen countries, including Germany, you can stay up to 3 months without a visa, but then you need to leave for 3 months and then come back, unless you come back with a student or work visa.  Then the 3 month rule doesn't apply.  If you do go to Morocco and they see the exit stamp on your passport as being less than 3 months they probably will question you and possibly not let you in.  I hope this helps.
