American presidents like to talk about "humans right" in other countries

Most recent case is when Bush in China to attend Beijing Olympics.

It makes me puzzled.

What is/are the difference of human's right in USA compared with in other countries? Pls LIST it:

We are talking basic human rights, the biggie in China is child labor. We are lapping up all the cheap products they send and begging for more, but most of these products are made in sweat shops or factories where people work around the clock. In the U.S. we have labor laws and rights that protect us and the judicial system to enforce it. (not that it always happens)
