  1. Hi!

You will find everything on the websites below:

    For Canada: http://www.aucc.ca

    For Singapore http://www.educationtimes.com

    For UK: http://www.britishcouncil.org/

    For France: http://www.campusfrance.org/en

    For USA http://www.fulbright-india.org

    For Germany http://www.campus-germany.org

    For Netherlands http://www.nuffic.nl

    For Australia: http://www.idp.com/

The above website are the websites of the respective governments to assist international students. Go to their offices only.

    For GMAT: http://www.mba.com

    For TOEFL: http://www.ets.org/toefl

You can always do a MBA. Now keep one thing in mind. The country of the MBA program is really not that important as much as the accreditation. These three accreditations are very important - AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS.

Which ever program you apply to, make sure it has at least one of these accreditations. Then you need not be worried about the programs recognition. Have a look at their websites and select programs listed there.

    AACSB - http://www.aacsb.edu/

    AMBA - http://www.mbaworld.com/page/welcome/...

    EQUIS - http://www.efmd.org/html/home.asp...

    All the best!

  2. It will be much more expensive for you to go to university in the UK than it will be for a British student - foreign students pay different fees.

No idea about your high school rank - why would they care? That depends on how bright your fellow students were. I think they'd look at your SAT and SAT2 results. British students are accepted for university pretty much solely based on their A level results - those are national exams marked by total strangers. Not class assignments. We simply don't have GPAs.

But your main problem, assuming you want to start at the end of 2008, is that you are DESPERATELY short on time. You have maybe two weeks to get your application in. You're months too late to apply to Oxford or Cambridge already.
