American visa ASAP.?

Question

im planning on moving 2 L.A when i finish college but does any1 no how i go about getting a visa??i no it takes a while 2 finalize so i need 2 no soon!!

has anybody got 1 and if so was it very difficult?there are so many people moving countries these days it cant be 2 hard!

You are so wrong. It is very difficult to get a Visa to live in the US. I hate to be negative but do not get your hopes up.

You do not qualify for an Intercompany transfer so that is out of the question. You might be able to get a study visa but that is temporary. It is unlikely you qualify for an H visa (normally given to technical professionals and computer software engineers). So unless you have US Citizen family you do not  have much of a choice. Even if you do have US Citizen family,tat can take many years.

I'm sorry to tell you this but it is very hard.  Since terriorists were able to get into the US easily, it is no longer "open arms" for all.

Go to your Embassy and get all the paperwork you need to apply for a Visa.  Ask how long it will take and if you qualify for a "special" Visa. (say, graduate school).  Good luck.
