American visas!? travel advice?

i am flying to usa then flying to mexico, i will be in transit,i cannot take part in the waiver scheme, and have no time to get a visa,what will happen when i land in usa without a visa?

  1. u won't need one, u fill in form on plane with your address of where u are going in this case Mexico and show it at customs with yr passport


  2. You will not be allowed to board the plane to the US without a valid C-1 transit visa if you are not covered under the VWP.  The only exception to this is for Bermudans and Mexican nationals with US tourist visas.

  3. The most probable is airline will not let you board the plane.

    All passengers using USA airports for transit purposes, en route to another foreign country ( even if you do not plan to leave the airport ),  are required to obtain a USA visa.

    Exception: those travelling under the Visa Waiver Program.

    All travellers transiting in the USA are photographed and fingerprinted.

  4. Depending on how long you will be in the U.S. you may or may get a visa stamped into your passport.  Most nationalities are not required to get transit visa prior to arrival in the U.S.
