  1. If he can get a B1 or B2 visa or a visa waiver they can be married in the US. The problem comes if he tries to stay. This is considered visa fraud. So getting married and moving to Saudi Arabia is perfectly OK. Marriage and staying BAD! In this case unless he has other problems he should be OK.

  2. My American-born daughter, a citizen of the United States, wanted to marry a British citizen. Her to-be husband was required by the United States and British embassy to present his birth certificate, record of employment, bank account records, and a signed affidavit that he would be reponsible for my daughter. My daughter was also charged with presenting proof of American citizenship, a job history, and bank account records before she was allowed to enter the U.K.

My daughter was required to go to the American and British embassies in Los Angeles with the above documentation--costing her thousands of dollars.

I can only hope that the United States Government will require as extensive "paperwork" as the U.K. did of my daughter for this American woman you are talking about to get her fiance into America.

Personally, I would be suspect of anyone who wants to marry an American and live in Saudi Arabia--job or not.
