I am in the uk, and looking at buying an American fridge/freezer, the side by side ones, however, the freezer in them are UBER tiny, which made me wonder, do Americans generally not keep a lot of frozen food at home? I have a 2nd chest freezer outside, is this how you cope?

Is frozen food kinda frowned upon there?

  1. sorry im in uk and i cant help  sorry

  2. uhh , my family has a fridge like the one you have and a deep freezer .

We actually keep a lot of frozen food on hand , and frozen food is not frowned upon

  3. the freezers on a side by side r very small.  I am from the US we deal with it this way.  we have a massive chest freezer outside and i get enough frozen foods out of it for a couple of days at a time.  that way we can keep stuff like ice cream and frozen meats in the side by side and not have to run outside all the time.
