Did you see it? he is still young, but I think he will be a great champ. I mean, to me Julio Cesar Chavez was the best boxer in history, even Ali said so. What do you think? do you like mexican fighters? I think we were born to box, noone boxes like mexicans. What do you think? answer seriously. Later

  1. I saw the JC Chavez Jr fight and i wasnt really excited with his performance. I know he will be a great fighter, however he should have beat his opponent in the first couple of rounds. I know he's only 22 and I understand he didnt have alot of amateur fights so top rank will take their time until he is ready to step the level of competition up. Im excited to see his future. I dont think JC Chavez is the best ever, but he is a legend and had an incredible career. I love watching mexican fighters, they are the best to watch because they all fight with so much heart and pride, and they never back down. They are true warriors.

  2. I have seen him fight and he has lots of potential and if he is going to become great he needs to take on stronger opponents. He is still young and this certainly means he won't be fighting for a title for a little while but he needs to be challenged more. btw if you have any links to his fights send me some of them.

  3. i also do not think julio chavez jr will be as legendary as his father was, but he's still pretty good...and mexicans are pretty good boxers....as long as they are fighting below super welterweight.

  4. He doesn't fight with good opponents.

  5. I am Mexican American and I think that Julio Ceasar Chavez Jr will NOT be at the same level as his father because of lately Jr is fighting weak opponents with no winning records and he is not challenging himself he has already over 30 wins and still he has not fought a notable boxer. I don't think he will be a good champion maybe get some international title but he won't get the WBC title at super welter or if he can go down to the welterweight division he will get knocked out by the best like Miguel Cotto, Floyd Mayweather, even the slightly above average like Margarito, Quintana would destroy Chavez Jr.

  6. I don't know Jr that much, but his father was a great one...Mexican can really box, however the've been losing a lot lately to Filipino boxers...
