Out of all the states in america whats the best one for a 20 year old, single, mother of two to raise there kids, and what type of opportunities does that state have to offer?

California has SOooo many taxes that anyone wanting to live on the west coast would be better to head to Seattle instead.

Missouri is a good state.  It's pretty, the cost of living is good and the people are friendly and nice.  You could try St. Louis, Kansas City or Columbia (college town in center of state).  St. Louis has a lot of hospitals so there is plenty of work for health care providers. Housing is affordable so you would be able to have a nicer house than if you live on one of the coasts.

all over there are many good cities to do so. you just have to find it inside to know wheres the best place to raise your children. best of luck

I say live with or near family or friends. But I think Utah is cool. They're are a lot of nice people there. I haven't observed alot in traveling, and the states vary alot. I think pray,  just do what you feel is right, there are nice places everywhere. Good luck!
