Americans-Would you be willing to sell San Francisco?

If we sell San Francisco to the Chinese for ten trillion dollars it would give us enough money to pay back the ten trillion dollars we owe to our creditors then we could afford free healthcare for all.

I think it would definitely be a step in the right direction since San Francisco is anti-American and doesn't want anything to do with the United States anymore anyways

Ten trillion dollars is allot of money to ask for a city like that but as the ole saying goes "A fool and their money shall soon part".

So sell it to the Chinese.

Brilliant idea. Let's have a nuclear power with a 200 million man army get a foothold on the continental U.S. And why stop there. Let's sell Alaska back to the Russins. Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and So. California back to the Mexicans. Wouldn't we all feel much better.

...Any chance of them seceding?  We could cut them loose from the awful bonds of the mother country (the Contiguous US) and allow it to float wherever it floats.

...That way, they could form their own government, not be subject to the US military (either its protection or its standards).

...It seems to me that, given the overwhelming number of "alternate" lifestyle people there, they would soon die off as a country, since that kind of life cannot reproduce offspring and is a lifestyle that has shown itself to shorter the average lifespan.
