Americans move to New Zealand?

I am interested in the moving to New Zealand. What I want to know is, can Americans move permanently to New Zealand?

Yes you can,if their goverment allows you to.They will most likley give you a temporary visa first,then you have to prove that you can be a good citizen.

It starts with an EOI (Expression Of Interest) at http://www.immigration.gov.nz , continues with an invitation to apply for one of the available visa types, and, if you get to live here, concludes with permanent residence or even citizenship.
