Kylie Minogue is? It's just, i've noticed a lot dont know who she is! Is she famous in America?

Actually I like some of her stuff but I'm not as much an R&B fan as I am into hard rock and metal, but she is pretty good at what she does.

Kylie Minogue is Australian.  I'm not a big fan of hers, but Australia loves her.  She started her career in many tv shows here before breaking into music, now she's one of the biggest stars of Australia and Europe, especially the UK.  Here in Australia she's called a Pop Princess or the singing budgerigar.

I know who she is. She's been on my radar since the mid 80's, when she had a hit with a remake of "Locomotion". Didn't hear much from her on this side of the pond until over a decade later, when she released "Fever" and had hits with "Can't Get You Outta My Head", "Love at First Sight", and "Come Into My World".  I'm also know the duet "Kids" that she did with Robbie Williams,

I think most Americans that follow contemporary music know who she is to a certain extent.

I know her for that song " i just can't get you outta my head, boy your love is.." I think some americans know who she is, but she's definitely not a big star here, not household name stuff.

She is an Austrian singer that was very popular in England in the late 80's early 90's. She just received some kind of honor form the Queen a week or 2 ago. If you watch the British comedy, The Vicar of Dibley she makes several guest apperences on the show.
