I recently just found Amigurumi. I am really eager to learn how to do it, but after looking all over on the internet can not find a free pattern. I was wondering if there were any good explanatory books that you have tried and liked or disliked. I live near a Borders so I would love if your suggestions are available there. I also live near a Target. Any links would be helpful and so would any advice about your experiences with Amigurumi. Thank you so much! 10 points for best answer!

  2. There are alot of free amigurumi patterns on line.  I have found several.  I think it depends on what you are looking for.  A good place to find some are on blog sites.  Just do a web search for amigurumi patterns and you will find a whole bunch....I just did.

  3. The great thing about Amigurami is that it is a starting off point. Once you learn the basics, you can do ANYTHING with it.  It is so much fun and opens up so many possibilities. I have a great website with so many free patterns.

It's lionbrand.com, but this link should get you started. It's a great site, it's free, and when you sign up, they send you e-mails with fun new patterns about once a week.  You'll have to look around a little for the amigurami, but there are plenty of patterns there. I have NO doubt you will find something there that you like. Have fun! That's the whole point! I love amigurami!
