What are the pros and cons of taking Amino Acid Supplements? How long does it take to see results provided that you workout regularly?

  1. Hey man, you don't need supplements to get good bodybuilding results.  Just lift hard, eat a lot, and sleep well.  Take protein bars if you have too.  But supplements can definately be dangerous to health and can unnaturally increase your weight.  And that weight is not muscle, it is fat.  Just be careful brother!  Good luck!
