Ammount of exercise i have to do before a noticeable difference?

i want to workout from home. Yet i do not want to have to intake any extra protein than usual. Is it still possible to make a noticeable muscle gain? if so how much should I work out? how often? please help!

  1. If your diet already contains enough protein, then you should be able to build muscle, but if not, then you're going to have to up your protein intake.

    Other than that, don't overdo training, and make sure you give each muscle group 48 hours to recover before training it again.
