my dear frd i wld suggest u shld go fr dal  lake, but keep onething in mind. stay in houseboat which is not at the front of the road try to stay atleast away from it. thn u'll be able to see the beautiful flowers, birds n beautiful mountains. coz i'm from kashmir, so wont tell u ne lie n be awre of fraud tourist guyz bro. if u hv ne questions do ask me ne time ? mail me or msg

I think Dal Lake is better because the lake has some interesting flora and fauna. The flora include lotus flower, water lillies and water chestnuts. Notable birds are kingfishers and heron.
