hey i will recoomend you punjab. not because i am live there .becuase you can find every thing what evr you want and its very rich state too and here you can become criminal very easy. look i am also a man who has beaten 4 professers and 9 teahers and once few years ago i slapped my principal. they alll was not man and even they didnot filed a case against me. so i will reccomend you about punjab
