Among your good qualities as a person, what do u consider is the most outstanding?

My sincerity. With nothing to conceal I walk through life without pretensions. As a result, people reciprocate and find me trustworthy; they open up and I gain their respect and confidence. This promotes a healthy working relationship between those I interact with and me.

I think it would be my ability to be in the other person's shoes. This to me is valuable as it allows me to understand where the other person is coming from, and why people do and say the things they do and say.

Initially, this takes real effort, and a lot of patience . But the beautiful thing is that it grows in you, and you begin to appreciate the people around you, near or far, in much better fashion. And you begin to like yourself better as a person, too. Sensitive, and more sensible.
