Amother glasses question. Changing opticians and eye tests?

I want to change opticians.

I don't liek my current one, as they are too expensive and unreasonably so.

I am going to a new one tomorrow to order a pair of glasses.

Needless to say, they need to know my eye results.

I want to collect my past eye results form my old optician.

Will the new optician have the right to turn them down and demand I get a new test at their company?
