Is it bad or goog To drink a lot of water after working out? Or there is a certain amount of water you should drink

  1. I try to drink 2 gallons a day. I easily drink about 3/4-1 gallon during only my workout.

    However, this is due to the supplements I take for lifting, so they can be digested by my body properly without kidney damage. One gallon a day should be a great number.


  2. I would say drink a lot.

  3. You should drink water while you are working and after-wards you drink when you are thirsty as much as it takes to quench your thirst.
