Amp doesnt play when cd player is on AUX mode?? ?

hello! i hooked up an amp 2 my cd player and it sounds greaton CD and FM but in aux mode when i have my Ipod hooked up it sounds like shlt? how come? is it because its a cheap CD player and cant put out the power? to both amp and ipod? the cd player is DUAL brand the one with the motorized face plate? the amp is ALPINE! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cause ur ipod volume may be up or the cord is bad and ur cd player suxs sorry to tell u you should run pionner or alpine for the money they work great

Dual is pretty crappy to start with, check your settings.

Your amp is getting power from the battery directly anyways so its not the radio that's powering the amp.
